The Von Nordmann Home Styling LLC is able to tailor everything exactly to your specific needs with our very talented team. We have access to some of the most talented up-and-coming artists around the city and are able to integrate their work into both the home staging process as well as your personal art collection. We are a fully insured company that is also able to incorporate the principles of Feng Shui into our staging and design projects as well as utilize environmentally friendly products for all stages of our designing process.

For the more extensive interior design projects for your home, we work together with one of the original general contractors responsible for converting The Collection at 20 Pine Street into luxury condos back in 2007. The building, the former Chase National Bank, is considered to be the premier address in the financial district and downtown area of Manhattan. Our general contractor  Eduardo, has also worked on over 20 units at 20 Pine Street for the new homeowners, including some of the spectacular penthouses. If you can imagine it, he can build it. Home Staging

We offer a wide array of home staging services, all of which can be adapted to your specific needs and budget. Our staging services all include a series of before and after photographs that you and your real estate agent can use for marketing purposes.

Generally speaking, home staging will amount to an investment of about 1 to 3 percent of the listing price, with the return for a staged home generally averaging out to about 8 to 10 percent. Not to mention that your home will usually sell in less than half the time for more than the listing price.

New Listing or Open House Staging Weekend

Usually we will spend two days preparing your home for the new listing or open house, depending on how extensive the staging and cosmetic changes are. We also offer a very special extra feature for the open house staging as we are able to turn your open house into a special event, presenting some of the young and upcoming stars from the world-famous Metropolitan Opera while the specially selected work of a few younger artists helps focus the potential buyer on the selling features of your home. The essence of your home will be brought to the foreground through their combined talents, thus enabling the home buyer to realize the full potential and exclusive lifestyle that buying your home entails. We are even able to alert the press of this event, bringing them to your open house and having them mention your home online as well as in print.

Interior Redesign

We also offer personalized redesign and decorating services for your new home after you have moved in or if you simply wish to revamp your current home with the furniture you already own along with some specifically selected new accessories and artwork. These services are somewhat similar to the home staging ones in terms of the scope of the work.

Residential Interior Design Services

For those homeowners who wish to completely redo their kitchen or baths as well as other rooms, we offer specialized Interior Design services via our general contractor and his team. Photos of some of his work are included in the slideshow as well as via the website of 20 Pine Street in New York City. He will turn a half bath into a 5-piece bath, build a stunning library or customized wall unit, add walls and beaming, install recessed lighting and other lighting effects, take care of the flooring and more. If you can imagine it, he will build it! Our in-house painter Stanley, originally from Europe, is not only able to make your home look like new in a day or two for home staging or redesign purposes, but he is also a master of the special Italian art of using Venetian plaster to create memorable walls. Photos of this very special technique applied at homes in Greenwich (Connecticut) are also included in the slideshow.

Color Consultation Services

Our in-house Benjamin Moore color expert will come to your home and discuss what colors work best with each room, showing you samples of the various different kinds of paint and colors, along with a seasonal color sample set from Benjamin Moore.

Shopping Services

Whether it is coordinating the rental furniture for your vacant staging or finding that special piece for your current home, we will save you the time and do the shopping for you while utilizing our special designer discounts and vendor contacts at a wide variety of trendy stores around town.

Closet and Office Organization Services

We will come to your home and solve all of your organizational issues, taking into account your specific needs and wishes. This includes adding shelving systems to your closets and even organizing your files.
